Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Svyatogor (ranked 2122 p4p, 2668 weight class) and JC Turner (ranked 243 p4p, 298 weight class). Svyatogor comes into the arena with Carl Espen - Silent Storm blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Svyatogor lands a head shot.
Turner throws a body shot but no joy.

Svyatogor moves into the clinch successfully.
Turner looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Turner is trying to push Svyatogor away but Svyatogor has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Svyatogor takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Turner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Turner tries to bum rush Svyatogor with a series of wild strikes but Svyatogor uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Svyatogor throws a big counter combination but Turner scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Turner takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Svyatogor lands a big uppercut and Turner crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Turner looks OK. Svyatogor waves Turner back to his feet!

Svyatogor measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Turner! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
