Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bea Mason (ranked 3807 p4p, 5151 weight class) and Quinoa Smiff (ranked 477 p4p, 558 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 17 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quinoa Smiff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Smiff shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Smiff showed some decent athleticism there.

Smiff is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Smiff is squirming around, avoiding Mason's attempts to control the action.

Mason throws a wild left hand from mount and Smiff manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.

A close round but Quinoa Smiff will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Mason shoots in looking for a takedown. Smiff tries to sprawl out of it but Mason keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Smiff manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A little jabbing left from Smiff on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Smiff leaves Mason with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Mason moves into range and clinches up with Smiff.
Smiff blocks an elbow strike from Mason.
Smiff on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
