Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pernell Eubanks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Sartell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sartell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Nightmare. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eubanks throws a right hand that Sartell ducks under and follows up with a left that Sartell also avoids with ease.
Sartell avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Eubanks tries to keep at a distance but Sartell has taken the fight into the clinch.
Eubanks has had enough of the clinch but Sartell keeps him there for the moment.
Eubanks lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Sartell or not.
A bit of stalling here from Sartell.
Sartell lands an elbow inside.
Sartell creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Eubanks's defenses.

It looks like Pernell Eubanks has been cut.
Eubanks wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Eubanks is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Sartell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Eubanks misses with a looping right.
Eubanks misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sartell closes the distance and clinches up with Eubanks, looking for a takedown. Sartell pushes Eubanks against the cage but Eubanks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sartell blocks a jab.

Sartell connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Eubanks to the floor! Sartell dives in looking for the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Eubanks tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Sartell has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Eubanks sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Eubanks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sartell on the ground.

Eubanks regains full guard. Nicely done.
Sartell postures up in Eubanks's guard and throws a big left but Eubanks blocks it.
Sartell trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Sartell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Eubanks wants to get back to his feet but Sartell is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Sartell wants to control from the top but Eubanks keeps moving.
Sartell is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sartell throws a big right hand that misses.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sartell ducks under a wild hook from Eubanks.
Sartell slips under a jab.
Eubanks lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Will Sartell has been cut.
Sartell takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Eubanks throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sartell lands a head kick. Eubanks smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Pernell Eubanks's cut is getting worse.
Eubanks is breathing heavily.

Sartell gets the takedown into side control.
Eubanks is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sartell asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Sartell is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Eubanks will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Sartell's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Eubanks is looking to regain half guard here but Sartell keeps moving and retains side control.
Sartell controls the position.
Sartell postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Eubanks avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Sartell.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Eubanks is letting Sartell control him for a moment.
Sartell misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Will Sartell dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Eubanks throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sartell sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Sartell drives through and clinches with Eubanks against the cage.
Eubanks can't break the clinch.
Sartell lands an elbow that stopped Eubanks in his tracks for a moment.
Sartell unloads a knee to the mid-section. Eubanks lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Sartell scores a nice knee to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Eubanks stops a takedown attempt from Sartell.

Sartell breaks from the clinch.

Sartell drives through and clinches with Eubanks against the cage.

Sartell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Eubanks misses with a double jab.

Sartell looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Sartell trying to control the pace.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Eubanks wants to get back to full guard but Sartell has passed into side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sartell takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Will Sartell just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sartell lands with a kick to the temple. Eubanks shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Pernell Eubanks's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Sartell ducks under a wild hook from Eubanks.
A slow jab from Eubanks misses its intended target.

Eubanks lands with a nice combination. Sartell backs away looking to recover.
Eubanks misses with a looping left.

Sartell clinches.
Eubanks tries to break the clinch but Sartell is controlling the position.

Sartell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A big right from Eubanks misses.
Eubanks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

A head kick lands from Sartell that sends Eubanks to the canvas. Eubanks tries to scramble back to his feet but Sartell brings him back down into side control.

Eubanks is rocked!

Jeez, Pernell Eubanks's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Pernell Eubanks's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
