Okafor feints and as Officer raises his hands in defense, Okafor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Okafor working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Okafor connects with a nice short shot to Officer's temple.
Officer is refusing to be controlled, as Okafor sits in half guard.

No joy there for Officer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Okafor tries to clinch but Officer moves out of range.
Okafor uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Officer.
A little jabbing left from Okafor on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Officer cracks Okafor with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Officer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Okafor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Officer somewhat.
Okafor appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

and Officer counters with a series of strikes. Okafor will be more careful next time no doubt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A slow jab from Okafor misses its intended target.
Officer cracks Okafor on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Okafor falls backwards against the cage. Officer follows up with more strikes that drop Okafor to his knees. Officer keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Okafor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Warrant Officer!
In his post fight interview, Warrant Officer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Mike Okafor stepped up to the mic, saying 'coming back stronger'.
