Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

Smoker blocks a head kick by Steele.
Steven Steele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Smoker.
Steele throws a low kick but Smoker moves out of range easily.
Steele throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Smoker seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Steele lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Steele.
Smoker dives in for a single leg takedown but Steele sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Smoker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Steele throws out the jab.
Steele swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Smoker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Smoker misses with a wild body shot.
Steele shapes to counter with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smoker throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Steele looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Steele has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Smoker. Oh but Steele has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Smoker goes limp - he's gone! Steele jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
