Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, El Chapo Guzman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Asiago Dillon!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.

Dillon shoots in looking for a takedown. Guzman tries to sprawl out of it but Dillon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Guzman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Guzman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dillon to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dillon goes for a takedown attempt but Guzman pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Guzman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dillon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dillon is trying to counter with his kicks.
Dillon swats away the attempt to clinch by Guzman.
As Guzman backs off Dillon throws a huge counter combo but Guzman manages to avoid it all.

Guzman is looking to clinch but Dillon is avoiding it.
Dillon throws a right and a left that Guzman avoids nicely.

Dillon throws a low kick but Guzman moves out of range easily.
Dillon swats away the attempt to clinch by Guzman.
Dillon wants to counter the offense by Guzman and move into the clinch position.
Dillon shoots for a double leg takedown but Guzman sprawls well. He's pushed Dillon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Dillon shoots in for a takedown but Guzman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Dillon fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Guzman to the ground. Dillon is now in Guzman's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that El Chapo Guzman will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
