Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jure Jez (ranked 4718 p4p, 24109 weight class) and James O Hara (ranked 522 p4p, 674 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jure Jez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, James O Hara!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.

Jez rushes O Hara and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
O Hara prevents Jez from breaking the clinch.
Jez is looking to break free of the clinch but O Hara has double underhooks.

Jez tries to circle away but O Hara has him pinned against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Jez throws a right hand that O Hara ducks under and follows up with a left that O Hara also avoids with ease.

Jez shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
O Hara tries to get to full guard but Jez has control of the leg.

Jez is nestled in close to O Hara, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

O Hara is trying to maintain the position but Jez is very close to passing his half guard.
O Hara is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jez decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
O Hara pulls Jez in close to his closed guard and prevents Jez from doing any damage or advancing position.

Jez lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Jez decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and O Hara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Jez shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. O Hara manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
O Hara wants to get back to his feet but Jez passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

O Hara has hold of Jez's hands but Jez slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
O Hara is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

A momentary lapse in concentration from O Hara enables Jez to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. O Hara manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

James O Hara has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

O Hara has his feet on Jez's thighs here. He's pushed Jez off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Jez screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

A relieved looking James O Hara thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
