Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sammy Beach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phil Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beach scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Coleman doesn't seem bothered though.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Coleman shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Beach trying to control here.
Coleman is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Beach blocking the ground and pound attempt from Coleman.
Coleman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Beach knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Coleman on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Coleman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Coleman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Beach keeps working.
Coleman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Coleman throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Beach's coaches at Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Beach on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Coleman is looking to take a break and control but Beach is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Coleman is trying to control the action in half guard but Beach is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Beach cracks Coleman with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Coleman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Coleman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sammy Beach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beach takes a swing at Coleman's ribcage but misses.
Coleman needs to keep his hands up - Beach had a free shot at his head there.
Beach looks to score with a jab to the body but Coleman is just out of range.
It seemed like Coleman was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Beach cracks a nice hook into Coleman's ribs.
A jab lands there for Beach.
Coleman takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Beach bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Coleman's head.

Coleman is rocked!
Coleman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Coleman fails in his attempt to clinch.
Beach misses with a hook.
Coleman moves away from the strike by Beach.
Beach thuds his right hand into Coleman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Coleman is still on wobbly legs! Can Beach finish him?
Beach dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Beach steps in with a hook that catches Coleman right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Beach follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Coleman looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sammy Beach!
