Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deacon Sherman (ranked 24227 p4p, 23451 weight class) and Tyson Hunt (ranked 568 p4p, 610 weight class). Sherman's entrance music is Never Gonna Give You Up. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Deacon Sherman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tyson Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sherman back to the cage. Hunt follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sherman throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Sherman instigates a clinch.

Sherman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt tries to bum rush Sherman with a series of wild strikes but Sherman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sherman throws a nice outside leg kick.
Sherman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hunt. That did some damage!

Sherman moves into the clinch.
Sherman looking for a takedown.

Sherman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sherman closes the distance and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A right hand to the body from Sherman.
Hunt looks winded!

Sherman drags the fight down to the ground.
Sherman is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sherman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sherman is working hard here to advance position.

Hunt is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hunt won't allow Sherman to get back to his feet.
Hunt postures up.

Hunt drops back looking for a leg! Sherman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sherman manages to kick Hunt off! Hunt jumps back into Sherman's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hunt thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sherman is striking from the bottom but Hunt uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Hunt is working for a kimura but Sherman is defending it quite comfortably.
Sherman is trying to get back to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sherman wants to sweep but Hunt has passed to side control!
Hunt advances to full mount.
Hunt fails to take his opponent's back.

Hunt has hold of Sherman's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sherman manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Hunt looking to isolate an arm here. Sherman doesn't see it coming and as Hunt extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Hunt!
