The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lalime connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Lalime with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Lalime looks to score with a jab to the body but Rocksteady is just out of range.
We've been informed that Lalime has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Rocksteady looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lalime is fending him off so far but Rocksteady persists. Nope, Lalime circles away and we're back to standing.
Lalime works Rocksteady's body with a nice hook.
Rocksteady shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lalime pinned against the cage. Lalime gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rocksteady shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rocksteady showed some decent athleticism there.
Lalime pushes Rocksteady off but Rocksteady dives into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Lalime is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rocksteady's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Rocksteady! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Lalime has tapped! This one is allllll over!
