Gracie connects with a nice looking jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gracie leaves Cavalcante with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A little feinted left hand from Gracie on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Gracie has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Cavalcante is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Gracie yanks on the arm and Cavalcante is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Gracie.
