Orton comes into a darkened arena with his song building. What the World Needs Is a Few More Rednecks by Charlie Daniels kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jason Orton enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
powers looks to land a left hand but Orton moved out of range nicely.
Orton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from powers.
powers pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
powers moves out of range as Orton strikes.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Orton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but powers circles away quickly and effectively.
Orton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Orton on the wrong end of a nice jab.
powers throws a jab but it's blocked by Orton.
Oooh a lovely combination from Orton sends powers down but not out. Orton dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like christian powers has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Orton decides to stand back up.
Oh powers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Orton tries to bum rush powers with a series of wild strikes but powers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Orton connects with a nice cross there... powers is looking wobbly and Orton recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send powers to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Orton jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
