Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wesley Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Howard Zynne!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zynne throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Zynne has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Clark misses with a jab to the body
and Zynne counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Wesley Clark has been cut.
Clark rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zynne moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zynne! But no joy.
Clark just misses with a punch to the body.
Clark connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Zynne momentarily.
Clark doesn't manage to clinch there - Zynne circles away.
It seemed like Zynne was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Clark lands a really nice looking cross but Zynne seems unphased.
Clark takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Zynne thuds a left hand into Clark's body.
Clark uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Zynne.
Clark throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zynne defending well as Clark loads up on a big left hand.
Clark throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Zynne is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Clark with a body shot.
A jab lands there for Zynne.
A telegraphed right hand from Clark misses the target.
Clark pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zynne comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Clark doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Clark misses with a jab, cross combination.
Zynne misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Clark keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zynne.
Nice jab there from Zynne.
Nice body kick from Zynne.
Clark misses the shot to the body.
Clark throws a nice looking combination but Zynne bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Clark throws an overhand right that lands on Zynne's shoulder, as Zynne tries to avoid the shot.
Clark keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zynne.

Zynne cracks Clark with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Zynne has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Clark to stand back up!

Clark is rocked!
Wesley Clark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clark fails in his attempt to clinch.

Oh Clark is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zynne lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Clark head around and knocks him out cold! Zynne hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Howard Zynne!
Howard Zynne was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
