PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Casper Blackwater (ranked 6680 p4p, 24684 weight class) and Mike Ferrari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Blackwater shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ferrari sprawls well. Ferrari wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blackwater gets slowly back to his feet.

Horrible takedown attempt by Ferrari or perhaps it was just good defense by Blackwater, which made it look bad.

Blackwater isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ferrari stacks Blackwater on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ferrari!
