Young has chosen Motorhead as his entrance music. Justus Henkinho has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justus Henkinho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dai Young!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henkinho throws a series of punches but Young moves out of range.
Henkinho swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Henkinho misses with a combination

and Young counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Young looking for a takedown.
Young tries to pull guard but Henkinho forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Young is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Henkinho gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Justus Henkinho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dai Young.
Young has Henkinho pressed against the cage, preventing Henkinho from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Young jumps into guard, dragging Henkinho to the mat.
Henkinho working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Henkinho wants to get up but he can't break Young's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Young is on top in guard.

Henkinho utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Henkinho will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Young wants to pass the guard but Henkinho is keeping the position.

Young is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Henkinho keeping full guard, as Young tries to pass.
Young not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Young passes Henkinho's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Young has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Young is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Young is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Henkinho defends it well.
Henkinho is looking for a sweep. Young is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Young is nestled in close to Henkinho, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Young passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Henkinho!
Henkinho is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Henkinho knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Young on the ground.

Young is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Henkinho can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Henkinho is squirming around, avoiding Young's attempts to control the action.

Henkinho defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Young.

Young with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Young working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Henkinho looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Young! Submission of the night perhaps?

Our winner, Dai Young, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
