Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Martin Salcedo!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salcedo misses with a body kick.

Bach misses with a takedown attempt - Salcedo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bach has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Salcedo throws a leg kick which misses Bach's front leg but catches the back leg as Bach tries to avoid it.
Bach dives in and grabs Salcedo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Salcedo pushes down on Bach's head and hops out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bach wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Salcedo, who protects the arm well.

Salcedo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bach. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bach is looking to take a break and control but Salcedo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Salcedo pushes Bach away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bach gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Bach has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Salcedo is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Bach yanks on the arm and Salcedo is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Bach.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sebastian Bach!
