Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rhymin Slayin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carl Moore!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A little feinted left hand from Slayin on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Moore jabs Slayin to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Slayin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Good standup being displayed there by Moore as he connects with a hook.

Moore closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Slayin did well to prevent Moore getting side control.
Slayin keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Slayin is trying to stand.
Slayin avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Moore.
Moore stops Slayin from getting back to his feet.
Moore working Slayin over with strikes.
Slayin is looking to escape.
Moore thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Slayin's head.
Moore tries to pass to full mount but Slayin defends it.

Slayin kicks off Moore and gets to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Slayin throws a lazy right hand but Moore sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Carl Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slayin misses the jab.
Slayin throws an overhand right that lands on Moore's shoulder, as Moore tries to avoid the shot.
Slayin throws a head kick that Moore semi-blocks.

It looks like Carl Moore has been cut.
Moore misses with a lunging right hand
and Slayin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Moore is rocked!
Moore throws a looping overhand right but Slayin ducks down to avoid it.
Moore is still on wobbly legs! Can Slayin finish him?
Moore throws a hook but Slayin avoids it easily.

Moore scores with a takedown into Slayin's guard.

Slayin wriggles free and stands up.
Moore seems to have recovered his senses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slayin fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Moore is out of range.
Good leg kick by Moore.
Moore looks to land a right hand but Slayin moved out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slayin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slayin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Moore smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Moore throws the left hand but Slayin avoids the punch easily.
The fighters circling - Moore throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Slayin lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Moore dives in for a single leg takedown but Slayin sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Rhymin Slayin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Moore misses with a lunging right hand
and Slayin counters with a huge left! Moore is in big trouble! He's backing up but Slayin isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Moore from any more damage. A dominating finish by Slayin!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rhymin Slayin!
Rhymin Slayin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
In defeat, Carl Moore stepped up to the mic, saying 'No one likes seeing their opponent's hand raised, but that just means that they were the better man today. My team at 3Band MMA and I will break down this match and make the proper changes for my next camp.'.
