Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Keone Kapisi!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kapisi throws a poor cross that misses
and Branca counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kapisi's knee momentarily.
Branca attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Branca throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Kapisi lunges at Branca with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Branca's hand.
It looks like Joao Cajo Branca has been cut.
Kapisi throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Branca counters with a nice uppercut.
A left and a right from Kapisi both land. Nice combination.
Branca looks to land a body kick but Kapisi moved away.
Kapisi appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Kapisi moves into range and connects with a jab.
Branca takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Joao Cajo Branca's cut is getting worse.
Kapisi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Branca counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Branca stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kapisi.

Keone Kapisi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
An inside leg kick lands from Kapisi.
Kapisi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Branca.

Branca bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kapisi's head backwards.

and Branca counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Branca cracks Kapisi with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Branca has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kapisi to stand back up!
Kapisi is rocked!
Kapisi throws a hook to the side of Branca's head but Branca sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kapisi is still on wobbly legs! Can Branca finish him?

Branca moves into the clinch successfully.
Kapisi seems to have recovered his senses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Branca.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Branca definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Branca swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Branca tries to throw a body punch but Kapisi avoids it by throwing Branca back against the cage.

Kapisi is trying to break the clinch but Branca is controlling him.

Kapisi tries to land a knee to the head but Branca blocks with his arms.
Kapisi has had enough of the clinch but Branca keeps him there for the moment.
Branca blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kapisi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Joao Cajo Branca's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Keone Kapisi really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Hardcore Alchemy logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
