Amr comes to the cage accompanied by Linkin Park - In The End. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meymar dives in and grabs Amr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Amr pushes down on Meymar's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown attempt by Meymar or perhaps it was just good defense by Amr, which made it look bad.

Amr has Meymar up against the cage in a clinch.
Amr goes for a takedown attempt but Meymar pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Amr has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Amr pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Meymar fails in his attempt to clinch.
Amr is looking to counter with a body kick.

Amr drives through with a takedown into guard.

Meymar is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Amr thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Amr wants to control from the top but Meymar keeps moving.
Meymar avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Amr looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Meymar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Amr decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Meymar's guard.

Meymar has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Amr is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Amr manages to break the clinch.

Amr drops Meymar with a right and a left! Amr comes rushing in but Meymar regains his composure and manages to keep Amr in guard.

Amr stands up from Meymar's guard - Amr perhaps looking for a knockout.
Amr lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Meymar can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Amr and Meymar drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Amr.
