Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Killer Boy (ranked 5193 p4p, 3847 weight class) and Mohamed Adam (ranked 488 p4p, 403 weight class). Mohamed Adam has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mohamed Adam!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Chris Dean and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A leg kick checked by Boy.
Boy moves out of range as Adam throws a body kick.

Adam is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Boy's half guard.

Boy manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Adam keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Adam decides to pull guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Boy in particular looking to stall.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Boy is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Adam fails with the takedown.

Boy scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Adam bucks up and tries to throw Boy off but instead Boy has got his back!

Adam is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Boy gets his way!

Boy is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Adam knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Adam for a finish.
Boy slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Adam defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Boy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Can Adam hold on?! Boy is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
I really don't envy Adam right now.
Boy is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
Adam tries to escape but Boy has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Boy controls the action.
Adam is breathing heavily.
Boy is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Boy gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Boy gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Boy apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Boy throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Adam's head.

Adam gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Boy to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Boy works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Boy wants to work for an arm triangle but Adam is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Boy content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Boy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Boy prevents Adam from standing back up.

That's time! Boy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Nice body kick from Boy.
Adam dives in and grabs Boy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boy pushes down on Adam's head and hops out.
Adam misses with a takedown
and Boy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Boy throws a body punch but Adam moves out of range.

Boy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Adam to the ground. Boy is now in Adam's guard.
Boy stays in close to Adam's body and controls the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Adam takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Boy is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Adam doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boy.

Boy stands up out of the half guard.

Boy closes the distance and clinches.

Boy gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Adam regains guard.
Adam really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boy passes Adam's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Boy maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Adam could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Boy has cracked it and Adam is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Boy!
