Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gary Cutlass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Collingwood!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cutlass fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Collingwood closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Collingwood lands in his opponent's guard.

Collingwood is looking to take a break and control but Cutlass is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Collingwood thows a huge punch but Cutlass dodges it nicely.

Cutlass is looking for a sweep. Collingwood is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Paul Collingwood just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cutlass looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Collingwood is fending him off so far but Cutlass persists. Nope, Collingwood circles away and we're back to standing.

Paul Collingwood showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Collingwood tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cutlass swivels and escapes.
