Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Nugget (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Logan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ted Nugget!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan looks for a takedown but Nugget sprawls well.

Nugget has managed to clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Logan fails to land.

Nugget breaks from the clinch.
Nugget swinging wilding here.
Logan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Nugget throws a chopping leg kick but Logan manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Nugget rushes Logan and presses him up against the cage.
Nugget wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Logan has him pressed against the cage.
Logan keeps control of Nugget as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Nugget breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nugget tries to close the distance and clinch up but Logan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nugget lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Logan is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Logan throws a series of punches but Nugget avoids them all with ease.
Logan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nugget tries to avoid it but Logan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nugget to the ground. Nugget escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Logan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nugget's waist but Nugget gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Logan off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Logan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nugget will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nugget forces Logan back against the cage and clinches.

Nugget manages to break the clinch.
Nugget lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Logan sprawling to the canvas. Nugget follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Logan hang on?

Logan is rocked!

It looks like James Logan has been cut.

Nugget decides to return to a standing position.
Oh Logan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nugget throws a half hearted mid kick.
Logan seems to have got his legs back now.
Nugget lands with a big right hook that stumbles Logan - he's out on his feet here! Nugget follows up with another monster hook that separates Logan from consciousness! Logan falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Nugget stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ted Nugget!
