Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 25 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Dio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Huge!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huge shoots in but no luck this time.
Dio throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Huge tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dio manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Huge, as that shot connected.
Dio slaps away a takedown attempt from Huge, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Huge throws out a loose jab but Dio uses good head movement to avoid it.

Huge has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dio lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Tony Huge has been cut.
Dio breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Tony Huge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Huge enables Dio to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Huge manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Dio bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Huge's guard.

Dio keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Huge's head.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Dio leaves Huge with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Huge moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

John Dio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Huge.
Dio will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Dio.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Dio here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Dio gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Huge manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dio drops Huge with a beautiful combination! Huge stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dio is looking for the KO!
and Dio counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Huge! He's just covering up as Dio starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

John Dio seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
