The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OFarrell shoots for a takedown but Ruck saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ruck moves into range and clinches up with OFarrell.
OFarrell tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ruck is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Ruck lands a shoulder strike.
Ruck has OFarrell pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Ruck pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending OFarrell tumbling to the mat - Ruck dives into OFarrell's guard.

OFarrell wants to sweep here but Ruck controlling him for the moment.
OFarrell manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
