The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mallory fails with the takedown.
Green avoids the head kick by Mallory.
Green tries to land a leg kick but Mallory saw it coming and moves away.
Green tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mallory looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Green is fending him off so far but Mallory persists. Nope, Green circles away and we're back to standing.

Mallory drives through and clinches with Green against the ropes.
Mallory makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Mallory on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Mallory pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mallory.
Hakeem Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Delvin Mallory.
Green misses with a low kick as Mallory jumps back.
Green sets himself, and Mallory steps forward looking for the clinch! Green avoids it this time.
Mallory looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Mallory drives through and clinches with Green against the ropes.
Mallory tries to circle away but Green has him pinned against the ropes.
Green misses with a knee to the head.
Green is looking to take this one to the mat.
Mallory has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Green avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Green manages to pull guard.
Green has his hands on Mallory's head, controlling the position.
Mallory trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Green on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Green tries to get out of the position.
Green is trying to control the position but Mallory postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mallory trying to control the position from guard on top but Green is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mallory passes Green's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Green is trying to control but can't.
Green is looking for a sweep. Mallory is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Well, if Mallory is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Mallory wants to take a breather but Green is having none of it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mallory content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

I would just about give that final round to Delvin Mallory.
