Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jure Jez (ranked 4029 p4p, 4324 weight class) and Alex Jones (ranked 471 p4p, 494 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jure Jez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex Jones!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jones, pushing him back against the cage.
Jones changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jez fights it off and pushes away nicely.

and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jez swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jones closes the distance and clinches.

Jones drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jez gets the underhooks and prevents it.
