The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babinski misses the jab.
Sasaki missing with a left hand there. Babinski was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Babinski was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A clash of legs there as Babinski blocks the low kick.
Babinski definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Babinski thuds a left hand into Sasaki 's body.
Babinski misses with a double jab.
Sasaki is looking to land body kicks.
It looked like Babinski was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Sasaki .
Babinski goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sasaki gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Haise Sasaki has been cut.

Sasaki darts in and clinches Babinski up against the cage.
Babinski avoids a wild elbow strike from Sasaki .
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Babinski wants to break free but Sasaki has control.
Babinski struggles to land a body shot inside as Sasaki controls his hands.

Sasaki tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Babinski's elbow.

Babinski throws a hook but Sasaki avoids it easily.
A nice side step and Sasaki releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Babinski throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Babinski lands a right hook to the body.
Babinski misses with a head kick.
Babinski's corner calls for a 1-2. Babinski obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Sasaki darts in and clinches Babinski up against the cage.
Babinski has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A head punch on the inside from Sasaki fails to land.
Sasaki scores with a shot to the side of Babinski's head.
Sasaki tries to throw a body punch but Babinski avoids it by throwing Sasaki back against the cage.
Sasaki lands with a short shot to the head.

Babinski wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Sasaki stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Sasaki swings wildly with an uppercut but Babinski uses good head movement to avoid it.

A slow jab from Sasaki misses its intended target.
Babinski lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Babinski stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sasaki .
Babinski moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Babinski throws a lazy uppercut
and Sasaki counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Babinski swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sasaki .
A telegraphed right hand from Babinski misses the target.
Babinski throws a sloppy head kick and Sasaki moves out of range easily.
Sasaki fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A counter left hand to the body from Babinski misses its target.

An inside leg kick lands from Sasaki .
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sasaki .
Babinski cracks Sasaki with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

That has opened up Haise Sasaki 's cut even more.
Babinski fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Sasaki to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Sasaki looks to clinch but Babinski throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Sasaki taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
