Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kensei Hitori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Reynolds's choice of entrance music: Lights Out - Bobby Light. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Reynolds both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Kensei Hitori has been cut.
Reynolds tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reynolds cracks a nice hook into Hitori's ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hitori slips a jab and a cross from Reynolds.
Reynolds throws a right hand that Hitori ducks under and follows up with a left that Hitori also avoids with ease.
Reynolds misses with a series of wild punches.
Reynolds misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hitori showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Reynolds.

Reynolds tries to clinch there but Hitori circles away.

Reynolds lands with a nice combination. Hitori backs away looking to recover.

Reynolds has taken the fight to the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Reynolds.

Reynolds breaks the clinch.
Hitori takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hitori avoids a punch combination nicely.

Reynolds fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hitori sprawls well initially but Reynolds persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are battling for position here. Hitori manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Hitori is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Hitori looking for a guillotine here but Reynolds defends easily.

Hitori looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hitori can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Reynolds controls the pace.
Reynolds really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hitori. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hitori looking to hit a scissor sweep but Reynolds is one step ahead there.

Hitori has his foot on Reynolds's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Reynolds works his way back into a safe position though.
Reynolds thows a big elbow that misses.

Hitori looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Reynolds has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hitori is proving hard to escape from.
Hitori keeping moving, preventing Reynolds from controlling successfully.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Reynolds takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hitori gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Reynolds.
Hitori takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nice uppercut lands for Reynolds. That snapped Hitori's head back.
Reynolds throws an uppercut from hell that sends Hitori clean off his feet! He's out cold! Reynolds stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
