Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bakary Mensah (ranked 6952 p4p, 4999 weight class) and Alicia Blitzkrieg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Bakary Mensah has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Blitzkrieg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mensah circles away.

and Mensah counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Blitzkrieg thinking.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Mensah makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
