Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dan rovi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). rovi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. REAL kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jose Aldo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aldo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aldo lands in his opponent's guard.

rovi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Aldo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
rovi lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Aldo!

Aldo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around rovi's waist but rovi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aldo off to one side.

rovi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Aldo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. rovi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Aldo's back instead.
