Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Troy Moreno!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Van Darkholme!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darkholme ducks under a wild hook from Moreno.
Darkholme cracks Moreno with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Troy Moreno has been cut.
Darkholme throws a leg kick but Moreno sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Moreno fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Darkholme, pushing him back against the cage.
I was talking to Moreno's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Darkholme throws a punch but it's blocked by Moreno.
Moreno throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Darkholme tries to stall but Moreno uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Moreno escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Moreno walks into a straight right hand from Darkholme.
The fighters circling - Darkholme throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Moreno moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Darkholme circles away from the clinch attempt.
Moreno drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Darkholme throws a leg kick
and Moreno counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Darkholme misses with a wild body shot.
Darkholme walks into a straight right hand from Moreno.
Moreno takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Moreno scores with a decent looking hook.
Darkholme moves forwards but Moreno connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Darkholme waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Moreno.
Moreno appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Darkholme lands with a right hand.
Moreno connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Moreno drops Darkholme with a naaaaasty hook - Darkholme is in real trouble here! Moreno dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
