Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kazuma Kakuei (ranked 3489 p4p, 5234 weight class) and Spongebob Squarepants (ranked 441 p4p, 555 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Squarepants rushes Kakuei and presses him up against the cage.
Squarepants is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kakuei is defending well for now.

Squarepants digs a right hand underneath Kakuei's ribcage. Kakuei let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Squarepants is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kakuei pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Squarepants is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kazuma Kakuei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Spongebob Squarepants.

Kakuei has Squarepants pressed against the cage. He pushes Squarepants back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Kakuei throws a beautiful elbow that sends Squarepants crashing to the floor! Kakuei piles on the pressure with more strikes! Squarepants is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kazuma Kakuei!
Kazuma Kakuei took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
