Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augusto Pinochet (ranked 619 p4p, 1303 weight class) and Mako Akumba (ranked 94 p4p, 175 weight class). Pinochet's entrance music is I Need a Pinochet. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mako Akumba was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pinochet fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Akumba.
Akumba is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pinochet.

Pinochet walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Akumba drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pinochet swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Akumba's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Augusto Pinochet decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
