Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sirus Hall (ranked 2652 p4p, 4134 weight class) and Alexei Rodionovich (ranked 342 p4p, 489 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hall might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Thin Lizzy - Cold Sweat. Rodionovich has chosen Svarga & Drygva - Volnitsa as his entrance music. Sirus Hall has the better chin. The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hall, as that shot connected.
Sloppy strikes from Hall. Those never looked like landing.
Hall throws a right and a left that Rodionovich avoids nicely.
Rodionovich doesn't manage to clinch there - Hall circles away.

Rodionovich tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hall swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hall gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Hall sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rodionovich's guard.
Rodionovich is not content to let Hall control the position.

Hall definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hall seems to be working for a kimura but Rodionovich defends the submission attempt.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
