The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ribas clinches up with Bostic and pushes him back against the cage.

Bostic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ribas manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bostic has Ribas in his guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

My spies in Savage Krew / Death Squad inform me that Ribas has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
