Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pablo Torres!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mbaku Camara!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Camara tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Torres scores with a shot to the body.
Torres lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Mbaku Camara has been cut.
Camara avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Torres misses with a straight left.
Camara drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Torres defends it well.

Camara feints the counter takedown.

enabling Torres to counter with a crisp jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Torres throws a lazy right hand but Camara sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Torres changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Torres uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Camara has time to react.
Torres seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Torres cracks Camara with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Camara tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Torres pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Camara is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pablo Torres!
Pablo Torres seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
