Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Bridges (ranked 4330 p4p, 4295 weight class) and Jun Fan Lee (ranked 512 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucas Bridges!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jun Fan Lee!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Bridges feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bridges controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bridges's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Bridges tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Bridges decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Lee fails with the takedown.

Bridges drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Lee tries to bench press Bridges off him but Bridges keeps the position.

Bridges tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Bridges scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lee to see if he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee looks for a takedown but Bridges sprawls well.

Lee bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bridges's guard.


Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bridges has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Bridges's legs - danger averted.
Bridges throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Bridges fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lee looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bridges slaps away a takedown attempt from Lee, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Bridges shoots in and gets a takedown into Lee's guard.
Bridges content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Bridges drops back looking for a leg! Lee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lee manages to kick Bridges off! Bridges jumps back into Lee's guard.

Bridges fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lee to the ground. Bridges is now in Lee's guard.
Lee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bridges controls the pace.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bridges throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lee.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bridges, pushing him back against the cage.
Lee wants to break free but Bridges has control.

Bridges breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Lee dives in for a single leg takedown but Bridges sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Lee tries a head kick but it misses.

Lee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bridges pinned against the cage. Bridges gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bridges shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee's guard.
Lee is wriggling around but Bridges manages to pass to half guard.

Lee is working an open guard so Bridges takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Bridges feints and as Lee raises his hands in defense, Bridges changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bridges decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Lee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Bridges moves out of range easily.

Bridges moves into range and clinches up with Lee.

Bridges jumps into guard, dragging Lee to the mat.
Bridges trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

Bridges has his foot on Lee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lee works his way back into a safe position though.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bridges is on top in guard.

Lee wants to stand but Bridges is controlling the position.
