Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 25237 p4p, 25198 weight class) and Alicia Blitzkrieg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alicia Blitzkrieg has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Blitzkrieg fails to land the takedown.
Xxx throws a big counter combination but Blitzkrieg scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Xxx shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Xxx scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Xxx wants to stand but Blitzkrieg has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blitzkrieg desperately trying to maintain half guard.

Xxx tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Xxx drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Xxx decides to stand up, so the ref orders Blitzkrieg to his feet.

Blitzkrieg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Xxx is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Blitzkrieg controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Blitzkrieg decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Xxx gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Blitzkrieg counters with a body kick.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Blitzkrieg looks for the body kick but Xxx saw that one coming.
Xxx swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Nice sprawl there from Blitzkrieg as Xxx shoots in.
Xxx shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blitzkrieg but Blitzkrieg pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Blitzkrieg follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Blitzkrieg pulls Xxx in to control the position.
Xxx wants to get up but he can't break Blitzkrieg's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Blitzkrieg is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Xxx stands and steps away. Blitzkrieg gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Xxx wants to sweep but no luck.

Xxx is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Blitzkrieg presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Blitzkrieg breaks the clinch.

Blitzkrieg shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Blitzkrieg was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Xxx bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Xxx Xxx will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Xxx gets caught napping as Blitzkrieg dives in and scores a takedown. Xxx manages to retain guard.
Blitzkrieg is standing up over Xxx. Xxx looks to escape but Blitzkrieg dives into side control.

Well Blitzkrieg has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
