Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Chang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Vucinic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vucinic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vucinic clinches up with Chang and pushes him back against the cage.
Vucinic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Chang wants to clinch.
Chang pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chang throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vucinic's waist but Vucinic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chang off to one side.
Vucinic throws a lazy right hand but Chang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Vucinic as Chang shoots in.
Chang closes this distance looking for a takedown but Vucinic circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruce Chang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vucinic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Vucinic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chang just misses with a punch to the body.
Vucinic throws a right and a left that Chang avoids nicely.
Vucinic moves into the clinch successfully.
Vucinic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Vucinic blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Vucinic wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Vucinic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Chang.
Vucinic misses with a hook.
Vucinic jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Chang showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Vucinic.
Vucinic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vucinic stuffs the takedown.
Vucinic decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Vucinic stands up and beckons Chang to join him on the feet.
Vucinic looks gassed!
Chang blocks a head kick by Vucinic.

Chang displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Chang gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Vucinic counters with a stiff right hand.
No luck for Vucinic with that takedown attempt.
Chang fails with the takedown
and Vucinic counters with a nice double leg into side control. Chang won't be happy with that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chang is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Vucinic off and has taken his back!
Chang is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Vucinic has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Chang has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Vucinic taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Chang doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bruce Chang!
