Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Venali Paetmar (ranked 5930 p4p, 3082 weight class) and Pure Striker (ranked 583 p4p, 350 weight class). Paetmar comes to the cage accompanied by Powerwolf - Amen & Attack. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Venali Paetmar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Pure Striker!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Hugh Johnson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Striker shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Paetmar counters with a three punch combo that has Striker backing up. Striker nods at Paetmar to acknowledge the strikes.
Paetmar darts in looking for a takedown but Striker gets double underhooks and turns Paetmar into the cage.

Striker tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Paetmar just stands there and leans against the cage.

Striker sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Paetmar's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
