Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pierre Emerick Aubeaumeyang!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Dean Styles and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hnatchuk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Aubeaumeyang counters with a nice body shot.
Hnatchuk throws a sloppy head kick and Aubeaumeyang moves out of range easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hnatchuk looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hnatchuk tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Aubeaumeyang swivels and escapes.
Aubeaumeyang appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Hnatchuk has his takedown stuffed
and Aubeaumeyang counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Taras Hnatchuk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hnatchuk moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aubeaumeyang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Aubeaumeyang wants it to stay on the feet.
Hnatchuk throws the kick towards the body but Aubeaumeyang avoids it.
Hnatchuk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Aubeaumeyang avoids it really well and circles away.

Hnatchuk throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Aubeaumeyang's waist but Aubeaumeyang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hnatchuk off to one side.
Hnatchuk wants to clinch but Aubeaumeyang slips to the side
and Aubeaumeyang counters with a nice uppercut.
Donk. Aubeaumeyang catches Hnatchuk right on the button with a cross.
Hnatchuk tries for a takedown but Aubeaumeyang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hnatchuk is breathing heavily.
Aubeaumeyang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Aubeaumeyang wants it to stay on the feet.
Aubeaumeyang swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Aubeaumeyang dips to his left and cracks Hnatchuk with an uppercut!
Hnatchuk throws a head kick but Aubeaumeyang moves out of range.
It seemed like Aubeaumeyang was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hnatchuk takes a jab right on the kisser.

Hnatchuk takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Aubeaumeyang throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
We've been told by Hnatchuk's head coaches at Punch Out Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Aubeaumeyang looks to land a left hand but Hnatchuk moved out of range nicely.
Aubeaumeyang throws a hook to the side of Hnatchuk's head but Hnatchuk sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Taras Hnatchuk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aubeaumeyang scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Hnatchuk is rocked!
Hnatchuk is trying hard to land a takedown here. Aubeaumeyang sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Aubeaumeyang scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Oh Hnatchuk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A jab from Hnatchuk does it's job there.
Hnatchuk seems to have got his legs back now.
Nice straight punches there by Aubeaumeyang. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Aubeaumeyang.
Hnatchuk fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Aubeaumeyang fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Aubeaumeyang connects with a jab.
Aubeaumeyang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hnatchuk moves away.
Hnatchuk tries to counter by clinching up but Aubeaumeyang breaks away and moves out of range.
Aubeaumeyang connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hnatchuk momentarily.
Hnatchuk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Aubeaumeyang counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hnatchuk doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Aubeaumeyang counters with a straight that turns Hnatchuk's legs to rubber! Aubeaumeyang pushes forward with more strikes and Hnatchuk goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
