Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Fartface (ranked 24699 p4p, 5842 weight class) and Jay Lane (ranked 197 p4p, 173 weight class). Lane has chosen "The Batdance" by Prince as his entrance music. Jay Lane has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gregory Fartface's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fartface fails with a takedown attempt.
Fartface shoots in but Lane avoids the takedown attempt easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Lane! But no joy.

Lane shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fartface manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fartface uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Lane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Fartface has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Lane after a bit of a struggle.

Fartface seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lane for as long as he can get away with.
Fartface seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
