The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mitsusada circles away.
Mitsusada thuds a left hand into D's body.
D shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mitsusada but Mitsusada pushes him off and we're back to square one.
D blocks a jab.
D blocks a head kick by Mitsusada.
D is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mitsusada.

It looks like Billy D has been cut.
D looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mitsusada is fending him off so far but D persists. Nope, Mitsusada circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy D. That's going to take a lot out of him.
D shoots in for a takedown but Mitsusada shows good takedown defense.

Mitsusada closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks D out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
