Iver comes to the cage accompanied by Rage Agains the Machine - Calm like a bomb. Leonardo Sousa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maga Iver is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sousa is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Iver can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sousa has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Iver's face.

Sousa has his foot on Iver's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Iver works his way back into a safe position though.
Iver wants to stand but Sousa has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Iver is posturing up here but Sousa has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Iver tries to roll out but it's too tight and Iver has to tap! Slick submission there by Sousa!
