Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Brodsky (ranked 3867 p4p, 3467 weight class) and Russel Crow (ranked 431 p4p, 395 weight class). Brodsky comes into the arena with FIGHTER blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brodsky fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Crow has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Crow tries a head kick but it misses.
Crow is looking to clinch but Brodsky is avoiding it.
Brodsky bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Crow's head backwards.
Brodsky scores with the left hand. Crow knows he should have avoided that one.
Brodsky scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Crow tries a head kick but it misses.
Crow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Crow.

That kick from Brodsky tenderised Crow's leg. Crow is trying to keep his angry face on.

Brodsky lands with an uppercut that bounces Crow off the cage and back into range.
Crow takes a jab right on the kisser.
Vladimir Brodsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brodsky throws a shot from downtown. Crow moves away and avoids it.

Crow is trying hard to land a takedown here. Brodsky sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Brodsky lands a big head kick that sends Crow tumbling to the mat! Brodsky takes a step backwards and waves Crow back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Brodsky throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Crow is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
