Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Long Wang (ranked 436 p4p, 755 weight class) and Kento Kawamata (ranked 71 p4p, 117 weight class). Wang comes to the cage accompanied by 閃靈 . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Long Wang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Kento Kawamata!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawamata connects with a good right hand that stumbles Wang. Wang circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kawamata moves away from the strike by Wang.
Kawamata scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Wang misses the shot to the body.
Wang avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Kawamata tries a head kick but it misses.
Wang seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Kento Kawamata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kawamata stuffs the takedown attempt from Wang. Wang gets slowly back to his feet.
Wang tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Nice uppercut lands for Kawamata. That snapped Wang's head back.
Kawamata tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wang was well out of range. Poor timing from Kawamata.

Kawamata is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wang defends well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kawamata had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wang defends it easily.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The crowd cheers as Wang lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kawamata doesn't seem phased though.

Long Wang overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wang wants to control from the top but Kawamata keeps moving.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kawamata has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wang has managed to get both his arms back between Kawamata's legs - danger averted.

Kawamata slips a jab and a cross from Wang.
Kawamata lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Kento Kawamata seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Wang distracts Kawamata with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Kawamata has his feet on Wang's thighs here. He's pushed Wang off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Wang screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kento Kawamata!
After winning the bout, Kento Kawamata thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Long Wang spoke after the fight, saying 'No worries. Everyone here knows my opponent has a bad habit of testing positive for PEDs, so I'm sure this fight will soon be ruled a 'No Contest' by the Athletic Commission.'.
