Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Nti (ranked 33 p4p, 17 weight class) and Roberto Duranto (ranked 5 p4p, 3 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 36 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Samuel Nti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Roberto Duranto!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nti throws a looping overhand right but Duranto ducks down to avoid it.
Duranto tries a quick counter leg kick but Nti is wise to it.
Duranto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Duranto! But no joy.
Nti misses with a body shot.
Nti loads up on a big right hand but Duranto slips the punch.

It looks like Samuel Nti has been cut.
Nti has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Alfred Top Team in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nti takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Duranto has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Nti is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Duranto connects with a nice looking jab.
Nti throws an off balance right hand
and Duranto counters with a thumping low kick.
Samuel Nti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nti stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Roberto Duranto has been cut.
Duranto blocks a jab.
Nti moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromDuranto.
Duranto slips under a jab.
Nti just misses with a punch to the body.
Nti takes a kick to the side of the head.
Nti is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Duranto's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Duranto fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nti on the side of the head.

Samuel Nti's cut is getting worse.

Duranto feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nti sprawling to the canvas! Nti rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Duranto finish him?!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Duranto ducks under a wild hook from Nti.
Duranto is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Duranto lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Nice straight punches there by Duranto. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Duranto.

Samuel Nti's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Duranto lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Nti crumples to the floor! Duranto milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
