The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rishkinov slips under a jab.
Rishkinov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rishkinov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Von Mises sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A slapping leg kick lands for Von Mises.
Rishkinov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rishkinov throws a low kick but it's checked well by Von Mises.
Von Mises's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rishkinov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Von Mises scrambles back to his feet.
Von Mises misses the shot to the body.

Rishkinov motions for Von Mises to come forward. Rishkinov throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Von Mises thows a body kick. Rishkinov tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Rishkinov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Von Mises walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Von Mises slips a jab from Rishkinov.
Rishkinov looks to score with a jab to the body but Von Mises is just out of range.
Rishkinov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Von Mises's waist but Von Mises gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rishkinov off to one side.

Rishkinov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Von Mises can do to turn this around?
Von Mises ducks right into an uppercut from Rishkinov.
Rishkinov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Von Mises lands a leg kick that knocks Rishkinov off balance momentarily.

Rishkinov shoots in and bounces Von Mises off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Rishkinov content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Von Mises has locked up a guillotine! Von Mises's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Rishkinov is holding on here and Von Mises must be using up a lot of energy. Rishkinov has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Von Mises gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
