Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gevorg Aroyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, House of Pain - Jump Around. Marcus Davis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Davis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gevorg Aroyan!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Davis.
Aroyan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Davis shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Aroyan's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Davis works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Davis passes to side control.

Davis has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Davis throws a right hand that Aroyan ducks under and follows up with a left that Aroyan also avoids with ease.

Davis looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Davis postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Aroyan to stand up.

Davis moves into the clinch successfully.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davis wants to break the clinch but can't.

Davis pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Aroyan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Davis drives through with a takedown into guard.
Davis pushes down on Aroyan's leg and manages to get into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Davis is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Aroyan!
Aroyan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Davis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Aroyan has left one of his arms exposed and Davis doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Aroyan screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
