The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ngannou jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ngannou throws a body shot but no joy.
As Ngannou tries to get set, Le Banner tries to push him back and clinch up but Ngannou manages to avoid the attempt.
Le Banner tries to clinch up but Ngannou circles away and keeps his distance.
Le Banner connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Jon Ngannou has been cut.
Le Banner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Le Banner throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ngannou stumbling backwards into the cage! Ngannou bounces back off the cage towards Le Banner, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Le Banner lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Le Banner celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
